

NOTE: Manually select Labels from the Other Type menu if the inserted labels do not show on the Paper drop down menu.

Select the inserted labels from the Paper drop down menu.Create and format the document as required.Drag the image into position within the label. Go to Picture Format > Text Wrapping, and select Square. This information is probably available from your label manufacturer. Fill in the name and dimensions for your new label template. Click 'Labels.' Select 'Options.' Hit 'New Label'. Open on the 'Mailings' tab in the menu bar. For more info, see Create a sheet of nametags or address labels. Option A: Create A New Blank Label Template. Click on New Document to Create a Document Template based on the Label Type. Start by creating a New Document of labels.NOTE: If the Product Vendor or Product Number is unavailable, select a Label type that closely matches the Label design, or contact the Label vendor for support. Select the Type of Labels used from the Product Number field.Select the Brand of Labels used from the Label Vendors drop down menu.Select Bypass Tray from the Page Printers drop down menu.Browse to the Custom Office Templates folder that’s under My Documents. NOTE: Load US Letter or A4 Size Label sheets in Long Edge Feed (LEF) Orientation. To update your template, open the file, make the changes you want, and then save the template. Just type the keywords on the text box and click enter. The Tray Confirmation Screen will now display at the Control Panel. You can also opt to use the search button to look for specific label templates.
